We want to share with you the orthodontic journey of our 13-year-old patient. He is a diligent school student and a family friend of Dr. King. His parents noticed that he was becoming self-conscious of his teeth when talking and smiling.

His parents finally consulted and sought Dr. King’s advice. Dr. King readily took care of the patient’s case and assured him of the best dental treatment that would suit his daily activities. 

During his initial consultation, we noticed he still had baby teeth and two transposed teeth, or teeth that have swapped positions, and an impacted tooth. It was critical to remove the retained baby teeth immediately, as that can cause impaction and misalignment of permanent teeth. 

For his smile transformation, we removed the retained baby teeth, and he wore braces for two years.
