Patient of Ettalong’s Invisalign Makeover

An outgoing school student from Ettalong came to Central Coast Orthodontics seeking treatment for a canine tooth that erupted towards the palate and general crowding. Referred by their general dentist, the patient was concerned about their bite and overall alignment. As an active teen who also plays AFL football, they were looking for a solution that would not only straighten their smile but also correct the functional aspects of their bite.

After a thorough consultation, we developed a treatment plan that included upper and lower Invisalign, combined with multiple elastics to correct the bite. The patient was excited to start their journey and committed to following the recommended treatment.

What Were the Issues With Their Existing Teeth?

The Result

After 22 months of treatment with upper and lower Invisalign aligners, this patient’s smile transformation was remarkable. The misaligned canine tooth was corrected, and the crowding was resolved, allowing for a more even and functional bite.

The patient was thrilled with the outcome, expressing how comfortable the Invisalign treatment was throughout their active lifestyle, including playing AFL football. They were particularly happy with the subtlety and effectiveness of the treatment, which fit seamlessly into their daily routine.

The end result was a beautifully straight smile that the patient was proud to show off, and they couldn’t have been happier with the care they received.
