Orthodontic Treatment in Umina

We want to share with you the orthodontic journey of our teenage patient from Umina. 

She is an amazing and lovely girl who felt self-conscious about her smile’s appearance and wanted it fixed. She asked her parents for help, and they went to their general dentist. They were referred for orthodontic treatment at Central Coast Orthodontics.

 During her initial examination, we noticed insufficient space for her permanent canines to come out completely.

 After having a thorough orthodontic examination and discussion about her treatment options with her parents, we placed metal braces to correct her teeth’s position and straighten them.

The Result

After 18 months of wearing braces, she now has the straight smile she has always wanted. Her upper and lower front teeth that appeared to be previously crooked are now perfectly straight. We were able to move her other permanent canines to their ideal position as well.
